Join our team in providing excellence and kindness as we serve children and families around the world. The Family Services Manager oversees the development, growth, delivery and compliance for the Family Services team, home studies, post adoption, post placement services, and assigned operational duties in the states where we are licensed. The Family Services Manager serves as a member of the leadership team through collaboration with leadership, supporting team members, and supervision of designated staff and tasks. The Family Services Manager provides supervision of staff and oversight of programs designated in the position, supported with documentation and delivery of agency goals. The Family Services Manager has oversight and engagement with agency partners for serv ice delivery. The Family Services Manager engages in other duties as directed, which includes but is not limited to licensing, staff onboarding, budgeting, performance reviews, agency outcome analysis and reporting, financial engagement, special events, and public speaking. This position is an office-based position with travel as designated and approved.
Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field considered. Minimum of five years experience in providing family and children’s services and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience required. Adoption experience preferred. Must have skills to engage with staff members and partner agencies to provide excellence in service delivery and assure adherence to regulations and accreditation requirements in practice and documentation.
