Sally Umbdenstock
I am a Raleigh native, married, with two adult daughters – My maiden name is Fuquay so definitely a local. I am also a NCSU graduate, so is my husband and daughters – Go Wolfpack! Although I do have a graduate degree from UNC, I only claim it professionally. Yes, I definitely bleed red.
My interests include gardening, travel, concerts, and theatre – My very first concert at 18 was the Rolling Stones and recently on a mission to see some of the greats when I saw Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Diana Ross, and Smokey Robinson to name a few.
I have a passion for families and children of all shapes and sizes. I have worked many years in Foster Care and Adoption. I truly believe there is a forever family for every child.
