I have been a social worker in the field of adoption for over 20 years. I earned my undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and completed my master’s in social work at Virginia Commonwealth University. Building relationships with families, understanding their aspirations, and seeing them become adoptive families is truly rewarding. I see my primary role as assisting families in navigating the complex adoption process by providing professional expertise and support. I live in Manassas, Virginia with my husband. We have five daughters, eight grandchildren, and cherish spending time together for holidays, special occasions, and everyday activities. We feel fortunate that all our children and grandchildren live close by, so we are able to see them often. Our entire family are animal lovers and currently, we have two dogs (Tonio and Mason) and two cats (Charlie and Hokie). I love going on hikes with our dogs, grilling in the backyard, spoiling my grandchildren, and vacationing in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
