Our staff had a wonderful time at the Foster & Adoption Informational Event at the Church of Cane Bay in Summerville, SC! Kimberly Traynor our new SC Community Liaison joined Guardian Ad Litem and Closet of Hope as a voice for foster children and provided resources for potential foster/adoptive families. Kimberly was able to meet new families, spread the word of our services, and establish relationships with other organizations. This was a wonderful opportunity to meet others on a smaller scale and advocate for children in foster care in not only South Carolina, but around the country.
It is our hope that Children’s Adoption Services will be able to serve children currently in foster care within NC, SC, and VA. Our mission is to serve every child and by offering short-term, long-term, respite, and foster to adopt options, we are able to help more children in our surrounding communities. We cannot wait to continue our services and serve your family on your foster or adoption journey. Together we can make a difference and we can find a child their forever family.
