We can only release copies of a family's file directly to that family. - Items such as home studies and supporting documents can be copied. - Agreements between the family and another agency cannot be copied. - If there is birth family information in the file, and it has been ordered sealed, it cannot be copied and released. - If the request is made by a married couple, each applicant must fill out and sign this request. - Request for file documents may take up to 60 days to process. - The $200 fee is for administration services to locate the file.
