If you choose adoption through CAS, YOU decide the contact, communication, and relationship that you would like to have with the adoptive family after the adoption process is completed. All contact is facilitated by the CHOICES team so that you and the adoptive family can continue to build relationships throughout your child’s life.

• We will answer your questions and discuss all your options in a non-judgmental and compassionate way.
• Connect you to the resources and support that you need for healthcare, housing, counseling, legal aid, career centers, and personal care.
• If you decide to make an adoption plan, we will walk with you throughout your adoption journey. This includes adoption planning, adoptive family selection, hospital planning, and more.
