Joining CAS February 2025, I am excited to return to child welfare work. I am committed to supporting others towards success and have enjoyed a career bridging social services and public education. My foster care and adoption work experience began in Detroit Michigan as a case manager. Years later as a Foster Home Coordinator, in St. Petersburg Florida, I was blessed with the opportunity to develop relationships with many foster homes as they experienced placements and caring for trauma exposed children. Most recently I work to support others who work with children and families in seasons of transition and need.
In my free time, I collect eggs from the coop, bake sourdough, and attend a few yoga classes a week, while I wait for my daughters to enjoy their college breaks and holidays at home. I look forward to developing relationships with families and walking through the fostering process with them.
