I am excited to be joining the CAS Foster Care Team. I received my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from North Carolina State University in 1996. Since graduating, I’ve worked in foster care and adoption, both in the private and public sector for many years.I began my career in North Carolina and later moved to Florida, where I continued to work in child welfare, advocating for children and families. My most recent experience has been in private adoption, supporting adoptive families throughout the process.
When not working, I love spending time with my husband and children, at the beach, home, or Disney. Yes, I’m a Disney adult and I LOVE all things Disney, including going to the theme parks and on cruises. To relax, I enjoy listening to music, walking, and Cyclebar classes.
