After 47 years working in the behavioral health field, I finally made the decision to retire from full-time employment in 2024. My passion throughout my career has been working with children, adolescents and families. I spent the first 16 years of my career working in the public sector for child protective services in SC and CA before transitioning to the private sector as a Clinical Director and CEO of psychiatric and substance abuse treatment facilities. After retiring, I quickly realized that I am not ready to completely step away from the field I love!
I enjoy spending time with my own family, especially my 12-year-old grandson. I am an avid football fan (Roll Tide and Go Gamecocks!). My happy place is anywhere in or on the water. I am excited to be able to continue to work with children and families helping them realize their dream of adoption and am grateful for this opportunity!
