Carolina Adoption Services, a division of Children’s Adoption Services is dedicated to changing the world one child at a time. We have been Hague accredited since the inception of Hague in 2008 through 2028.

CAS Mission

Carolina and ABC Adoption Services is a nonprofit agency improving the quality of life for children and families both domestically and internationally. We are proud to be offering adoption services through our IAAME accreditation internationally and CARF domestically.

CAS Vision

The vision for Carolina and ABC Adoption Services is to create opportunities for every child to grow and develop in loving, caring, safe families and environments.

Our Mission Is Accomplished Through Providing:

Personalized child placement services
Professional social work staff
Pre-placement assessments (home studies)
Humanitarian aid and development efforts
Educational, cultural and social offerings
Ongoing support to families throughout and after the adoption
