Talia is a sweet five-year-old little girl who enjoys music, colorful and moving toys, and going on walks in her stroller. She brings joy to those around her through her smiles and her curiosity about the world around her. Talia currently resides with a foster family where she receives loving care and support.Talia has diagnoses of microcephaly, pyruvate dehydrogenase deficiency (PDH), cerebral palsy with quadriparesis, and severe developmental delay. She follows a ketogenic diet and depends on caregivers for all areas of daily care and mobility.
