DESCRIPTION:Foster Care – TIPS-MAPP Training Program\n\n\nCarolina Adoption Services provides Tips-Mapp training twice a year. These online free courses have limited space\, and you must complete the registration form below among other pre-requisites to be considered eligible. \nOur next Tips-Mapp Training course will begin on March 4th through April 29th.
